Die Bundesregierung hat ein Sparprogramm für Gesundheit beschlossen.
Wird dieses umgesetzt wie geplant bedeutet das Leistungen der Prävention und Vorsorge ( Krebsvorsorge, Schwangerenbetreuung, Impfungen) gedeckelt sind. D.h. wir als Praxis können diese Leistungen nur im begrenzten Umfang anbieten. Die durch die Kostensteigerungen (Energie, Lohn etc. ) ohnehin angespannte Situation der Praxen wird sich noch verschärfen. Das führt dazu dass viele Kolleg:innen planen vorzeitig in den Ruhestand zu gehen und neune Kolleg: innen wegen der schlechten wirtschaftlichen Planbarkeit eine Niederlassung scheuen.
Beides führt zu einer Verschlechterung der ambulanten Versorgung und einer weiteren Verknappung von Terminen und langen Wartezeiten.
So bleibt nur eins übrig. Der Politik die Wichtigkeit der ambulanten Versorgung aufzuzeigen und ein Zeichen zu setzen, auch im Interesse unserer Patientinnen und Patienten. Aus diesem Grund bleibt die Praxis am 10.6. geschlossen.

The federal government has approved an austerity program for healthcare.
If this is implemented as planned, it means that preventive and screening services (cancer screening, prenatal care, vaccinations) will be capped. This means that our practice will only be able to offer these services to a limited extent. The already strained situation facing medical practices due to rising costs (energy, wages, etc.) will become even more severe. As a result, many colleagues are planning to retire early, and new colleagues are hesitant to open their own practices due to the lack of economic predictability.
Both of these factors will lead to a deterioration in outpatient care and a further shortage of appointments and long wait times.
So there is only one thing left to do: to demonstrate to policymakers the importance of outpatient care and to send a clear message—also in the interest of our patients. For this reason, the practice will be closed on June 10.
